During the initial property survey, an engineer provides a rough timeline, including an estimated completion date.

The cost of an office fit-out depends on what work is required, the amount of resources required and the duration of the project. Larger jobs that require more work and labour, and take longer to complete, will influence the final cost of the office-fit out.

There are three primary types of office fit-outs:

• Shell & Core: The basic structure of the building, including walls, ceilings, HVAC, and elevators.
• Cat A Fit-Out: Includes essential services like lighting, basic ceiling finishes, and flooring to make the space ready for business use.
• Cat B Fit-Out: A customized fit-out that includes everything from office furniture and partitions to branding and specialized features tailored to the business.
