    Peninsula completed a total refurbishment of our house in West Kirby and we couldn't be happier with the results. The house was in poor shape when we bought it and needed extensive work including re-wiring, new plumbing and heating and new windows. There was also a complete renovation of the near-derelict kitchen and significant structural changes to the front of the house. The work was done efficiently and with minimal disruption - despite the project clashing with the (delayed) building of the sea wall, which made access somewhat challenging. The work was completed to a high standard and within the estimated timescale. We were really impressed with the company and with Phil, who managed the whole project brilliantly.

    It was with some trepidation that we embarked on finding a contractor to complete some essential repairs to our Victorian house to complete a full rewire, replace old inefficient radiators along with general building repairs. At the initial visit Phil was keen to arrange an in depth review of the house and arranged a two hour slot to do this. At this review he went room to room detailing what was required, providing ideas and in joint discussion we had a detailed plan of work to be completed. The resulting quote was thorough, comprehensive and itemised for the work agreed. Work started with a full electrical rewire Connor, Mike and Ben (Peninsular Electrical Services) worked efficiently and despite the expected disruption were tidy, respectful and worked hard. The general building work completed by Tony, Ricky and Josh was again completed in a timely way and they left the house tidy and communicated well. We are delighted that the work completed has been of a high standard and by tradesmen who were respectful of the house taking time to tidy up and were professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peninsular Group for anyone undertaking property renovations and repairs. Phil was always on hand to answer any queries and communicated regularly as the work progressed. His professional calm manner was appreciated along with his frequent communication and updates. Internal Decorations and Construction
