We recently undertook a rear extension build, in the picturesque village of Greaby, Wirral. The client wanted to extend and transform the ground floor into a more spacious, bright living space. Once the initial foundations had been laid, we could then move on to laying the base and brickwork. During the completion of the brick work, our experienced team included full damp proofing to the extension and completed the roof. Damp proofing is essential when completing an extension, as It protects your property from water damage from rising damp / penetrating damp. The work continued inside; installing the windows and doors, plastering, rendering and completing any repairs to finally screeding the floor and installing a brand new kitchen along with appliances.
